1. Acceptance

By accessing TrueScore or using the API, you confirm you are an authorised financial institution or technology partner and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• RBI-regulated entities such as banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and HFCs
• Registered fintech lenders under valid partner arrangements
• Technology partners operating on behalf of the above categories under written agreement

3. Permitted Use

Scaffolded for underwriting, internal risk analytics, and regulatory reporting use cases described in Prompt 02.

4. Prohibited Use

Scaffolded to reserve the restrictions listed in Prompt 02, including resale, consumer display, and competitor model training.
